Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using meet-r.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

meet-r.com is a request-first scheduling platform that allows registered users to receive, manage, and respond to meeting requests. The service includes optional Google Calendar integration for conflict detection and event creation.

3. Plans and Pricing

meet-r.com offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Executive). Plan features, limits, and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and within the billing section of your dashboard.

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. VAT and other local taxes may be added at checkout depending on your region.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Free tier users are limited to 10 meeting requests per calendar month.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and PCI DSS standards.

5. Free Trials

Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the selected plan's features without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged at the plan's regular rate. You may cancel your trial at any time through the billing section of your dashboard.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Billing" section or the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account is downgraded to the free Starter plan.
• Refund policy: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period expires. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors or service outages.
• Plan upgrades are prorated — you pay the difference immediately. Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. Beta Users

Users who registered during the beta period ("Beta Users") receive Pro-level features at no cost for as long as their account remains active. Beta status is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked if the account is used in violation of these terms.

8. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Each user may only have one account.
• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the meeting request system.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files.

10. Google Services Integration

If you connect your Google account, you authorize meet-r.com to access your Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The meet-r.com service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of its creator. Content you upload (profile images, bios) remains your own. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it as part of the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meet-r.com and its creator shall not be liable for any missed meetings, scheduling errors, data loss, payment processing issues, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. You rely on this scheduling tool at your own risk.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these terms, abuse, spam, or illegal activity. If we terminate a paid account for reasons other than policy violations, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion. You may also delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, including GDPR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
